Session review · 16 Jul 2026

Everything we built —
in one place.

Two live marketing sites, a fixed cross-platform video technique, a consistent-character AI film pipeline, an AI UGC explainer, and the plumbing to fold it all into your Media Studio.

Ansela — cinematic redesign

Live · ansela.ai
Ansela cinematic hero

A genuine ground-up redesign

Dark full-bleed film hero with the live call-console on the right, an 8-beat scroll-scrubbed journey through the receptionist workflow, then the light content below.

  • Scroll drives the film — it plays as you scroll, not on autoplay
  • Mobile scrub fixed — works on iPhone now (was blank before)

EZ Deals — the journey film

Draft · consistent character

The same tradesman across all three beats — locked from one reference so his face and workwear hold — leaves for work, drives to the job, and is welcomed at the door with a real handshake (the "shaking thin air" bug is gone).

01 Leaving for workGets in the van, drives off — blue-hour street.
02 On the roadThe van driving through town.
03 The booked appointmentWalks up, homeowner greets him in.

EZ Deals — UGC explainer

Draft · HeyGen + our overlays

"Booked appointments, not dead leads."

A phone-native talking-head pitch of the whole offer. HeyGen renders just the presenter (one clean, calm take); then we composite the EZ Deals logo and lower-third captions where we choose — nothing over his face.

  • Pronunciation fixed — it says "Easy Deals"
  • No jumpy auto-cuts, no cluttered graphics
  • Logo + captions are our own layer (the ad-builder pattern)

How the consistency works

Reusable method

Lock one character, then composite each scene as a still you can QA cheaply — before spending on video. The video model only ever adds motion, so identity can't drift.

①  Lock the character②  Composite each scene as a still③  Animate motion-only
Canonical character
The anchor. One clean reference of the van guy.
Van scene still
Scene still. Same man, composited at the van.
Handshake still
Two-person still. Real handshake, established first.

HeyGen

Key in Key Vault heygen-api-key, CLI + agent-skills installed. UGC on tap.

Media Studio, mapped

Found the real integration points — it already does images, video & stitching (HyperFrames).
